Rosemary

With over ten years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I’m passionate about helping people feel more relaxed, restored, and connected to their bodies. Through personalized therapeutic massage, I create a calm, nurturing space where you can release tension, slow down, and focus on your well-being. I’m honored to be part of this retreat and look forward to offering each woman a meaningful opportunity to pause, restore, and reconnect.

Michelle Micalizzi

Michelle Micalizzi is a Wellness and Marketing Strategist, community builder, and founder of Choose Healthy Change and the Elevate Wellness Community, where she helps individuals, businesses, and nonprofits foster well-being and Thrive on Purpose.

At the heart of Michelle’s work is the Elevate Wellness Community, a growing wellness community built around her 9 Pillars of Wellness and the belief that wellness is personal. Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all approach, Elevate encourages people to identify what they want to work on, take intentional action, and connect with others for education, encouragement, experiences, and accountability.

Through The Wellness Connection, Michelle helps businesses support the whole-person well-being of their employees and independent contractors, strengthening the connection between personal wellness and a thriving workforce. Her Growth Edge Program helps nonprofits fund and fuel their missions using wellness as a catalyst, while her Marketing Lab gives business and nonprofit professionals practical, do-it-yourself marketing tools to expand their reach and impact.

Michelle brings decades of experience in wellness, marketing, entrepreneurship, community building, and service to her work. Her philosophy is simple: meaningful change does not require changing everything at once. Small, intentional actions, supported by the right people and resources, can create lasting change across every area of life.

Based in Sun City, Arizona, Michelle is a caregiver for her mother, and they share their home with Mikey, a mischievous boy cat who has appointed himself Director of Household Operations.

Michelle is active at The Gathering Church and leads small groups for women and female motorcyclists. She practices yoga, works out, and practices what she preaches professionally in her personal life.

Whether she is helping an individual take the next step in their wellness, bringing people together through the Elevate Wellness Community, helping an employer create a healthier workforce, or helping a nonprofit strengthen and fund its mission, Michelle’s work centers on one idea:

ThriveOnPurpose!
